Designing the Identity for NextendIT

In the ever-evolving world of software development and continuous integration, NextendIT emerged in 2021 as an innovative tool built to transform how end-to-end (E2E) testing fits into Agile workflows. As a testOps orchestrator, it allows cross-team access to Tosca test components across disconnected repositories—reducing redundancy, streamlining automation, and empowering teams to move forward with clarity and speed.

NextendIT is more than a technical product—it’s a shift in how modern QA teams work. At its core is the concept of progress: the next step, the next connection, the next release.

My Role in the Brand Story

When the team behind Nextpertis reached out to me in 2021, they wanted a logo that could capture this idea of motion and advancement while maintaining continuity with their core identity. I had already created the original logo for Nextpertis—a clean and confident design in bright green—so the new visual identity needed to feel connected, yet distinct.

The result was the logo for NextendIT: a standalone product identity that speaks the language of progress.

Designing with Direction and Depth

The final logo is built around a simple but powerful symbol—an arrow, pointing forward. It visually reinforces the core idea of orchestration and seamless movement through the testing pipeline. The overall shape is minimalistic and modern, with strong geometry and confident proportions.

To maintain visual consistency with the parent brand, I kept the green palette but deepened and desaturated the tone, creating a darker, more mature shade that distinguishes the product while preserving brand lineage. The typography is balanced and structured, emphasizing reliability and clarity.

Every detail—from the arrow’s angle to the color intensity—was chosen to align with the values of efficiency, transparency, and intelligent automation.

A Personal Note

Designing the logo for NextendIT was an exciting continuation of my collaboration with Nextpertis. I appreciated the opportunity to evolve a brand I had already helped build, while crafting a visual identity for a powerful new product. It’s always a challenge to strike a balance between continuity and independence—and with NextendIT, that balance is at the heart of the story.
